Great Article in the Human Rights Law Review

Just read a GREAT article in the Human Rights Law Review 8:3 (2008) 549-559 by Alastair Mowbray on “The Consideration of Gender in the Process of Appointing Judges to the European Court of Human Rights.” ECHR required both sexes on the short-list of three. Malta refused to nominate any women, and the ECHR said the Assemble needed to make some exceptions. Boo.
